CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing to book with me! To ensure that every client receives the best possible experience, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment: Deposits & Payments •A non-refundable deposit is required for all services and will need to be paid within 24hrs of the booked appointment. • The deposit goes toward your final service total. • Full payment is due at the end of your service. I accept cash, card. Cancellations & Rescheduling • I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% fee of the scheduled service and will be charged. • Please arrive on time I do allow 15 min grace period . After the 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. • You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 different dates and your deposit will transfer after that you will need to cancel and set up another appointment. • For curly cuts, clients must arrive with hair detangled, down, dry, and with minimal product. This allows for the most accurate shaping. • Additional fees may apply for detangling or if extra time is needed due to hair prep. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
